3234665 - No existing service group found for service group identifier 'LO_VCHCLF'

When you try to activate the service, for example, SD_F1814_SO_FS_SRV Odata service of Sales Order(S/4 Hana) App, you get the following error:

No existing service group found for service group identifier 'LO_VCHCLF'

Or after adding the service, you encounter the following error while trying to load its metadata:

"/IWFND/MED 033 No existing service group found for service group identifier ".
