3234702 - Warnings "Form Language can't be initial" & "Form country/region can't be initial"

The below two warning messages appear when previewing the output of the credit memo request:

• Form Language can't be initial
• Form country/region can't be initial

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The role "ZM" is assigned to the output type "CREDIT_MEMO_REQUEST" and "CREDIT_MEMO_REQUEST_CHANGE" in the "Output Parameter Determinations" app. However, the partner function "ER - Employee Responsible" (whose corresponding role in output is "ZM") isn't maintained in the "Maintain Business Partner" app for the sold-to party (&1) of the credit memo request. As a result, this partner function cannot be auto-determined in the credit memo request and no form language or form country/region can be found for the role "ZM" in the output overview page.

Please follow the below detailed steps:

1. Open the "Maintain Business Partner" app and search for the sold-to party (&1) of the credit memo request.
2. Display it in the BP role "Customer" and switch to the "Change" mode.
3. Click the "Sales and Distribution" button.
4. Switch to the "Partner Functions" tab in the "Change Organization: &1, role Customer" page.
5. Add a new line for the partner function "ER" (Employee Responsible).
6. Create a new credit memo request.
