This article shows how to add/remove Customer Actions on the Customer Info tab in a CPQ quote.

 

Details:
Customer Actions administrative section allows user to define which actions will be available for each customer role on the Customer Info Tab. Permissions for actions can be given based on user group and order status. Customer Actions are typically Add, Lookup, CRM Lookup, Edit and Delete. We can add/remove these actions for Bill To, Ship To and End User columns.

 

Solution/Workaround:

 

Go to Setup -> Customers/Customer Roles -> Customer Actions. Select the appropriate User group and Order status and click on pencil icon to select the actions and click on Update button. Once you update the actions for Status and User type, click on the Save button at the bottom of the page. When you go back to the particular quote status then you will find those selcted actions are reflected in the Customer Info tab.
