Display quote number and customer name in the quote header

Solution/ Workaround:
We have a choice to Display quote number and customer name in the quote header. We can achieve this requirement with the below instructions:
There is an application parameter "Display quote number and customer name in the quote header" that controls this part. If set to TRUE, the system will display the quote number and the name of the customer in the quote header.
Setup>General> Application Paramenter>Shopping Cart & Quotes > Check box Display quote number and customer name in the quote header>Save
