- Customers detected that when they change tabs or insert values on custom fields, the information doesn't get saved.
- The Custom fields did not save even with parameter "Automatically save quote on custom field change" set to True.

Resolution
- It was found out to be the issue related to Workflow actions.
- After enabling the "Save Quote" (or other) action in the Workflow it would again.
