3234811 - CMT : CPQ - How to fix - The Quotation tab in a quote is blank - all the items are missing suddenly.

Summary:

This article will brief you on how to fix blank quote issue.

Details:

Scenario: The user cannot see any items under the Quotation tab under his Quotes. All other user seems to be good.

Reason:

• The issue here is that User's quote layout has been modified. 

Solution: Kindly ensure to move all the fields selected under 'selected columns' to 'available columns'  and save it. This should fix the issue. (That is by doing so the selected columns return to the default view, thus fixing the issue.)

To do so, please follow the below listed steps:
1. Log in into the User's account
2. Click on User Menu icon on the top-right corner of the window.
3. Click on 'Quote Layout'
4. Select whichever columns and sections need to be displayed under the Quotation tab and push them to the right.
5. Click Save.

NOTE: Prior to the above steps, please note that Quote Layout Permissions need to be enabled for the said User.
