Solution/Workaround:
These error messages usually appear when third-party cookies are blocked within your browser's settings. Therefore in order to resolve this issue, you will need to enable third-party cookies to be accepted in your broswer.
Setting can be found from the following browsers.
Chrome:
Settings > Privacy > Content Settings > uncheck "Block third-party cookies and site data"
Internet Explorer:
Tools > Internet Options > Privacy tab > Advanced > uncheck "Override automatic cookies handling"
Firefox
Options > Privacy tab > check "Accept cookies from sites" > "Accept third-party cookies:" is set to "Always"
