This article shows how to disable notification when reassigning quotes.
Details:
When there is reassigning of quotes in bulk then there will be notifications sent for every single reassignment, to disable notifications below is the solution.
Solution/Workaround:
To disable email notification when quote reassignment is done in bulk go to Setup > General > Application Parameters > Shopping Cart and Quotes > Send automatic notification when quote is reassigned = false.
