3234871 - Issue with web response failure. Error: There is no response for the web service <AUXTableAdministration>

• We get a web response failure, with the error: "There is no response for the web service <AUXTableAdministration>."
• Ensure that the network, web server, and service are running properly. Also ensure that the service client call timeout is set properly.

SAP CPQ All Versions

• EIS uses the HTTPS protocol and uses a Certificate to connect to the CPQ Webservices.
• This error occurs if the SSL certificate is missing from EIS or if the certificate mismatches the one on the EIS side and CPQ side.
• What needs to be done is that, you can download the new CPQ SSL certificate from any CPQ URL and replace the Old certificate in your EIS with the new one.

To download the certificate, do the below:

1. Go to Microsoft Edge browser, and open any CPQ url (sandbox.webcomcpq.com or eusb.webcomcpq.com or webcomcpq.com etc etc) -> Click on the lock icon which is on the left of the url -> Click on View certificate -> Export to file ->Save.

    2. On Chrome browser, go to Settings, search for "Manage certificates" -> Open -> Go to tab 'Intermediate Certification Authorities' -> Select 'DigiCert SHA2 High Assurance Server CA' -> Export -> Next -> Next -> Browse for a path and give name to the certificate -> ext -> Finish.

    3. Or contact CPQ support team, and they will provide the latest CPQ SSL certificate, and this needs to be uploaded in your EIS.
