3234890 - Active/Inactive users on BizX not updating in Learning module

• Active users on BizX are not showing in LMS
• Inactive users on BizX are still showing in LMS
• User status is not updating on LMS
• User connector not processing BizX Employee Export file

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning

• Users are missing from Employee Export job file from BizX to LMS because they are not part of Job Owner's target population.
• The Job Parameter "Required for SuccessFactors Learning  sync and SAP Jam manual sync" is not checked.

On Provisioning

• Check Employee Export job responsible for update BizX users to LMS
• The Job Parameter "Required for SuccessFactors Learning  sync and SAP Jam manual sync" needs to be checked.
• Check job owner and file destination on SFTP

On SFTP

• Find file uploaded from the job 
• Check if the users affected are added into this file
• If not, the users are not being exported from BizX to LMS, that should be the reason the status is not updating

On Manage Permission Roles

• Find Job Owner's role and check its Target Population - KBA 2229272 - Checking User Permissions (for example Report Permission) via User Role Search
• Whichever is Group/Role of target population, check if the users are added into it
• If not, that should be the reason they are missing from export file and not being added or removed from LMS
