3235000 - System is not configured to create or change business objects

You're getting the error message "System is not configured to create or change business objects" while trying to add a Custom Catalog Extension to a CBO. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Custom Business Objects are development objects and falling under the category of extensibility. Extensibility functions are not available in production environments. Extensions should be made in the corresponding test system and transported to production. That said, you will not be able to edit the Custom Business Objects in Production system, this is why you're getting the error message "System is not configured to create or change business objects". 

You'll need to make those changes in Quality System and transport them to the Production System.
