3235008 - Error 18143 in the errorlog during recovery

Symptom

During recovery error 18143 appears in the ASE errorlog:

00:0002:00000:00002:2022/08/09 11:41:42.15 server background task error 18143: The source pool (16K buffers, total size 153600) is not large enough to satisfy the request to move 409600Kb of memory.
00:0002:00000:00002:2022/08/09 11:41:42.16 server Recovery process tried to tune the pool sizes in the 'default data cache' to an optimal configuration to aid recovery performance, but failed to do so. It will proceed with the original pool size configuration.

This is really just an informational warning message as the ASE will run quite happily and recovery will complete succesfully. It just means that we don't make optimal use of the memory available in the cache during recovery.
