- In C4C, there are no benchmarked data limitations for any of the above scenarios; however, it does not mean that customers may not experience performance issues that arise from high data volume
- Typically, one of the common steps to solve performance issues would be to use the "Archiving" feature, to help or prevent such situations
- Archiving allows you to declutter your data and move irrelevant documents into an archive storage
- It helps reduce your data volumes and improve the performance of your solution
