3235031 - Shared story link received by email gets additional characters in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• The shared story link received via email from SAC cannot be opened and returns error message: "Error 404 - Not found."

SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2022.08.17

1. Login to SAC.
2. Go to Files and select a story.
3. Share the story with a user via email: Share Stories or Global Bookmarks
4. Check the recieved email and click on the "Open Story" button => Error: Error 404 - Not found
5. Check the story link from the email => it will have additional characters at the end: e.g. https://<customer/tenant_name>.<datacenter_region>.sapanalytics.cloud/sap/fpa/ui/tenants/f207/bo/story/<Story ID>%20style%3Dcolor:%23fff%3Bfont-weight:bold%3Btext-decoration:none

The entire URL seems to be altered and it might be caused by third-party services such as  systemic third party.

Contact your IT or Security administrator and solve the issue internally.
