3235070 - CPQ Report option is not available in C4C Main Menu dropdown

Symptom

  • CPQ Reports option is not visible in the Main Menu dropdown when accessing a CPQ quote from C4C.
  • It's possible to access CPQ Reports by clicking on Setup option (if the SSO user is an Admin User in CPQ) in the Main Menu from the C4C screen.
  • It's also possible to access Reports option from Main Menu when logged into CPQ directly as a standalone application.
