3235144 - Mass Upload Of Revenue Split Amounts In Opportunity

Symptom

Sales representative is not able to mass upload of revenue split amounts in opportunity.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Sales work center.
  2. Opportunities View.
  3. Open any Opportunity
  4. Go to Revenue Splits Facet.
  5. Revenue Schedule section show many rows.
  6. Option to execute mass upload does not exist.

Cause

Excel upload is currently not supported for Revenue Split and Revenue Schedule.

Resolution

Mass upload for Revenue Split and Revenue Schedule using excel upload does not exist.

However, Administrator/ Key user can use Data Workbench for the Mass Maintenance, to execute mass upload for revenue split and revenue schedule.
