3235163 - Cannot enter data for the cell which contain transaction type in app Enter Package Data

Symptom

1.Cannot enter data(cells are read-only) for custom transaction types created in group reporting, but for standard transaction types(subitem), you can enter and save data in GRDC form.

2.For read-only cell , the cell detail is: Char Transaction type contains an invalid value.
