3235180 - Error "Enter the transaction activity" when creating the retrun order by using the fiori app

• When you try to use the fiori app( for example app F1708 Manage Customer Returns） to create the return order, you get the pop-up message as "Enter the transaction activity"。
• Using the Developer tools (F12) of web browser, you can also find the following error in the Console tab:
