3235250 - Brand Template and Advertisement Type fields issue when posting on Seek job boards - Recruiting Posting

• I'm getting the error "We're sorry, but we can't process this request" when trying to fill Seek job boards specific fields Brand Template and Advertisement Type.
• When posting on Seek job boards, Brand Template and Advertising Type fields are displaying empty or with wrong picklists.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

1. Go to Manage Recruiting Posting > select Seek or any localized Seek job boards (Th, My, Sg, etc.)
2. Click in Brand Template * (Autocomplete) or Advertisement Type * (Autocomplete)  
3. A pop-up error message "We're sorry but we can't process this request." or no/wrong values are displayed.

No or incorrect Hirer ID credentials, are filled in the Seek job board configuration.

First, you must reach out to Seek to acquire the accurate Hirer ID for your job board configuration.

It's important to note that only Seek can provide these IDs. Additionally, make sure that the posting profile you're using is configured correctly.

Once you have the necessary credentials from the job board and the activation process is complete on Seek's side, the administrator will update the Seek configuration in Recruiting Posting (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 2726474).

If the correct Hirer ID is entered, the system will connect to Seek's API, and the relevant list of values that are available for your contract will be displayed in Brand Template and Advertisement Type fields.

Note that the Hirer ID has been added to the configuration since the migration in May 2022 and all Seek configurations created before, need to be updated. Also, the same applies to all Seek job boards including JobStreet and JobsDB job boards operating in the Asia Pacific region unified with SEEK (SeekHK, SeekID, SeekMY, SeekPH, SeekSG, SeekTH).
