3235295 - The system didn't compare the current version with the previous version of questionnaire responses in the supplier process flow

In the “Review by the Purchasing Manager” phase of the supplier process flow, after the user completed a questionnaire and clicked Mark Complete, the system compared the current version of the questionnaire with an older version instead of the previous version.

However, after the user clicked Done and reopened the review task details, the questionnaire details showed the comparison between the current version and the previous version.
