3235491 - Can't connect to HTTPS URL because the SSL module is not available

Symptom

  • You are using OAuth support for Microsoft Office 365 e-mail handling.
  • The OAuth is used to authenticate requests when fetching e-mails from Microsoft Office 365 email server
  • You are experiencing issues while trying to use the O365 authentication via OAuth User 
  • Following errors are captured/displayed in the CEM logs:
    • ERR> [EXC] : MS365Session.start_session : <MS365SessionUser:xxxxxxxxxxx> : firstname.lastname@localiza.com : Failed to create PublicClientApplication : 'ClientId': 'b1cf6def-3f73-4622-9d15-dd9613fe1785', 'Authority': 'https://login.microsoftonline.com/3737367d-87d3-46ca-b00f-21b50c428b5e', 'Proxies': None14:23:07.567 (10284/Sm7:ChannelPeriodicTaskSM)
    • ERR> <class 'requests.exceptions.SSLError'> : HTTPSConnectionPool(host='login.microsoftonline.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /3737367d-87d3-46ca-b00f-21b50c428b5e/v2.0/.well-known/openid-configuration (Caused by SSLError("Can't connect to HTTPS URL because the SSL module is not available."))
