3235510 - An object field value is missing in offer approval - Recruiting Management

The value for an object-type field is missing when you try to generate the offer approval.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

1. Access a requisition;
2. Find a candidate;
3. Go to take action Menu;
4. Click on the "Offer Approval" tab;
5. Find a field of the type object, the value is missing;

This scenario is caused by the missing permission for this specific field. 

Example of fields: costCenter_obj, department_obj, division_obj, legalEntity_obj, location_obj, std_position_obj

For Foundation Objects and Generic Objects role-based permissions are required. So, to fix this issue, it is required to grant permission to these objects so please follow these steps:

1. Access the Manage Permission Roles tool;
2. Find the specific role;
3. Click to Edit; 
4. Find the section about objects and give permission for the referred object.
