3235593 - "Server group does not get resources (may be incorrectly configured)" error in SBGRFCMON

Symptom

There is an inbound destination in SBGRFCMON with RED 'Error in destination' status and error message "Server group does not get resources (may be incorrectly configured)"

In the screenshot below for example, it is the Web Service destination WS_BGRFC_INBOUND000:

There may also be "Error when mapping RFC Group to application server" messages when trying to manually process/debug the BGRFC units.
