3235676 - Geo Map could not be loaded successfully in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

After opening a story containing a Geo Map in SAC hosting in China data center, the Geo Map does not load successfully, keeps on loading and never ends

• SAP Analytics Cloud

1. Create a story in SAC hosting in China data center
2. Insert a Geo Map on this story
3. Observe that the Geo Map does not load successfully, keeps on loading and never ends

• This issue is caused by the expiration of the third party map base layer provider's SSL certificate

1. SAP has requested third party map base layer provider to closely monitor the live status of javascript API, as well as to update their SSL certificate more proactively
2. If you still have this issue, please raise a support ticket under the component LOD-ANA-DES and indicate this KBA
3. We will help contact the third party map base layer provider to update this expired SSL certificate
