3235701 - DSI down with ERROR #32035 Function 'rs_referential_integrity' is not defined - SRS

Doing rolling upgrade from sp02pl09 to sp04c1 on Linux, failover failed because of DSI down:

The DSI thread for database 'xxx.xxx' is started.

        Function 'rs_referential_integrity' is not defined.
The DSI thread for database 'xxx.xxx' is shutdown.
