Symptom

  • You notice that for a host, there are information from the Outside Discovery missing at LMDB.
  • There are errors in the Diagnostics agent log files like:

    "PhysicalHostPushJob] Internal Exception.
    [EXCEPTION]
    com.sap.smd.agent.plugin.connectors.webservice.WebServiceInvocationException: Client received SOAP Fault from server: Unable to load ITSAMComputerSystem Please see the server log to find more detail regarding exact cause of the failure. (...)
    Caused by: com.sun.xml.internal.ws.fault.ServerSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server: Unable to load ITSAMComputerSystem Please see the server log to find more detail regarding exact cause of the failure."
