3235979 - Internal Server Error "Automated test cases could not be synchronized" while trying to synchronize test cases under "Test Preparation"

You did setup for Cloud ALM automation, however while trying to synchronize the test cases under application "Test Preparation"

you get the following Internal Server Error:

Automated test cases could not be synchronized.

・No test automation tool is available.

Please set up the integration with a test automation tool.
