3236005 - Unable to Edit the Information in Dunning Proposal with Retry Function

You are not able to edit the information in the Dunning Proposal after clicking on Retry button.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Receivables work center.
2. Go to the Dunning view.
3. Select the relevant Dunning ID.
4. The status is Released.
5. Click Edit.
6. Navigate to the Output History tab.
7. The status of the Dunning letter is in Error:An output error occurred.
8. Click on Retry.
9. You cannot edit the information.

You cannot edit the information using Retry option in the Dunning Proposal.

As a workaround, you need to follow the below steps to edit and resubmit the Dunning letter:

1. Go to the Receivables work center.
2. Go to the Dunning view.
3. Select the relevant Dunning ID.
4. The status is Released.
5. Click Edit.
6. Navigate to the Output History tab.
7. Click on Resubmit>Uncheck Resubmit with watermark "Duplicate".
8. Click on Resubmit button.
