3236012 - Access Server not working after restarting Job Server - SAP Data Services 4.3

Symptom

  • Access Server is not working after restarting Data Services (DS) service.
  • When ping the Access Server in DS Management Console, the following error happens:
    Access Server '<JobServer>:4000' is not available. If SSL protocol is used, the java keystore for the management console must contain the certificates for the access server. (BODI-3016130)
  • The real-time services are no longer showing.
  • If recreating the Access Server, it will work.  Once the Job Server is restarted again, the issue comes back.
