-
(Precondition: Spanish, Portuguese or French learning content/language setting)
-
Select a course under the new Course Home experience
-
Open the “Course Details” for the course
-
Error message: “Parece que los datos no se están cargando.” (The data is not loading, or similar message)
Cause
Characters specific to the affected language which have been configured in Learning Administration à Locale Labels are not being parsed correctly when course details are loaded. (Example: ó) This issue is typically caused when an LMS Admin has created or edited text outside of SuccessFactors and copy/pasted it to Learning Administration.
Resolution
Workaround: For this issue can be made by changing the affected Locale Label in the instance’s LMS Administration to an alternate label. Depending on how the instance’s labels were previously configured, the issue might be limited to a single label or it may impact several. This can be determined by looking for language-specific character usage across localized labels. When the change is made, the replacement characters should be typed directly into the Learning Admin page and not copy/pasted, to avoid further issues.

This issue will be corrected in the 1H 2023 Release (b2305)
