3236514 - Where can you upload Job Requisition / Job Application / Candidate Profile / Offer Detail XML templates - Recruiting Management

• Where to upload Job Requisition / Job Application / Candidate Profile / Offer Detail XML templates?
• Some templates were updated using the Manage Templates tool. How can they be uploaded to another instance?
• Is it possible to automatically sync Recruiting XML templates between two instances other than performing an Instance Refresh?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Currently, the only way to upload a Recruiting XML template is through Provisioning (back-end).

To edit an XML template, you can use the Manage Template tool, but the Manage Templates tool does not support uploading/importing an XML template file.

There is no feature for automatically syncing Recruiting XML templates between two instances. If you want to download the XML templates from one instance and upload the same to another, you need the provisioning access to perform the uploading.

As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. To complete tasks in Provisioning, please contact your Implementation Partner. If you are no longer working with an Implementation Partner, you can raise a Change Request to SAP Support.

Note: SAP Support team will not make the change or review the template. Support will only upload a new template version that needs to be provided by the customer.
