tabs under the goal section is not visible with black background for brand theme/colors

Reproducing the Issue

1. Connect to the mobile application
2. Click on "more" and select the "Goal" Section
3. There should be 2 visible tabs (performance & Development), but the only the selected one is visible. The other tab is all black and can't be seen on the screen

Cause

undefined fiori theming adoption component

Resolution

targeted to be fixed in a feature release for mobtrain-2209
