Unable to export specific Communication Data from Supplier Master Data by using Data Extraction Process

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Supplier Base work center
2. Open the Suppliers view
3. Choose All Suppliers
4. Choose any Supplier and then edit Communication then go to Addresses
5. Here, you will observe Ship-from Indicator Field & you can observe the respective fields too

        a. Supplier Base work center>All Suppliers>Choose any Supplier>Edit>Addresses>Communication>Ship-from Indicator Field

        b. Supplier Base work center>All Suppliers>Choose any Supplier>Edit>Addresses>Communication>Payee Indicator Field

        c. Supplier Base work center>All Suppliers>Choose any Supplier>Edit>Addresses>Communication>Address Fields

        d. Supplier Base work Center>All Suppliers>Choose any Supplier>Edit>Financial data>Bank's Branch ID and Bank Name Field

     6. After performing the data extraction, in the export the customer unable to find the respective fields

Currently the Address Flags cannot be seen in the Data Source or Report i.e., Report ID : BUPSPP_Q0001 or Data Source ID : BPSPPB and Bank Branch ID and Bank Branch Name are not available in any Data Source or Report for Supplier nor in the Data Extraction.

This is standard system behaviour.

The Address flags can be extracted via the Supplier Data Extraction or via the Web Service Request.The web service (QUERY_SUPPLIER) does provide the bank branch ID as an output.
