- How to check and provide mail sources to SF support team for email notification related troubleshooting?
- In received SF email, images of mail footer cannot display correctly,or has image scale problem.

Reproducing the Issue
Resolution
Please follow below steps for collecting mail source information:
For Windows (Outlook):
1. Open the Original Email, in "Actions", click "View Source":
2. It will auto generate a txt file which is the mail sources, contains the whole HTML information of this email:
3. Save it as .html file and provide it to SF Support team:
For IOS:
1. Right click the Original email and click "View Source":
2. Copy all content into Notepad++,extract mail source html content and save it as .html file separately.
Please extract content which start with "<!DOCTYPE html " and end with "</html> " to save it as .html file separately:
3. Provide the .html file to SF support team.
