3236800 - Rehire with New Employment UserID and PersonID - Onboarding

• Candidate was Rehire with New Employment Person ID is the same
• Candidate was Rehire with New Employment and userID is different.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

When candidate is Rehire with New Employment, the same person details are used only employment information is new. The userID will always be new however Person ID will remains the same since its the same person.

Note: To view the userID created for the rehire candidate locate candidate in BPE Monitor tool and search for userName which will be the candidates email address used during the onboarding.
