3236887 - "Insert Document Link" on cards showing no data

• The user can see the document categories on Manage documents but cannot add documents on a card.
• The user cannot see documents when clicking on the button "insert document link" on a card.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite 

1. Go to Manage Home page;
2. Choose the Organizational Updates;
3. Under the Default folder, click on edit icon on one of cards;
4. Go to Content and click on Insert document link:
   
   
5. Notice that no document is visible:
   

The user has no permission to add documents.

• On Manage Permission Roles > Permission > Manage Documents, grant the permission Manage Document Visibility for the users.
  Please, note that for these permissions a Target needs to be defined.
  
  
• On Manage Integration Tools, grant the permission OData API Attachment Export for the users.
