3236935 - No results appear in the available stock tab in the Warehouse Monitor APP

You cannot see the list of available stock in the Warehouse Monitor App. It no longer provides results.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud 

1.  Go to the App Warehouse Monitor;
2. Choose Whse;
3. Select the Stock and Bin tab;
4. Click in the Available Stock tab;
5. Just click in execute, without selection any product;
6. The list appears empty.

Someone may have saved a filter as default to always appear as configured in the tab' Available Stock' of the Warehouse Monitor APP, and it ends up having an automatic filter that does not show any results in the list. 

To undo this filter, you will need to follow the steps below:

1. You need to go to the Available Stock tab;
2. Click on the options on the 'Choose layout...' button;
3. Choose the 'change layout' option,
4. Undo the filters by selecting the 'Filter' bar, and double-clicking on the filters that appear in the column 'filter criteria'.
5. Click on the Adopt button.

The list will return with all available stock and now every time you return to the available stock tab you will not have any filter selected.
