Symptom

The buyer is on an SAP Business Network account integrated with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA using SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network. Previously, when the buyer sent a purchase order containing multiple lines with serial number and equipment number from SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA, the OrderRequest document failed in SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network with the following error:

Invalid content was found starting with element 'SerialNumberInfo'. One of 'Unknown macro: {AssetInfo,PackagingDistribution}' is expected.
