Symptom

  • Can't access an instance
  • The Litmos system is very slow
  • Our Litmos environment is down
  • All the users are currently unable to get into the system
  • We're being disconnected/kicked out/logged out of the application while I am working
  • I'm facing the following errors:
    • Unexpected error
    • 404 Not Found error
    • 400 Bad Request error
    • 500 Internal Server error
    • 503 Service Unavailable error
    • Service temporarily unavailable error
  • Is something happening in my instance?
  • Where do I find an explanation about any recent outage?
