Symptom

Data Load Monitor app error No import header matches the selection criteria while discarding messages

Environment

SAP Marketing Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  • Open up “Data Load Monitor” app
  • Filter “Creation Timestamp” between DD/mm/YYYY  to DD/MM/YYYY
  • Select “Successful” from the top selection. You could see list of messages appearing below which can be discarded
  • Then hit “Discard all” on the right corner
  • Then hit “Discard”
  • You could see this message “No import header matches the selection criteria”.

Cause

Design of a system

Resolution

The discard functionality does not discard data from successfully processed messages (eg: Success, Warning, Information message type). 
The discard functionality discards unprocessed messages ( eg: Error).
