3237273 - Create dunning notices per dunning level in S/4HANA Cloud public edition

Symptom

In "Create Dunning Notices" app, how to generate separate dunning notices for each dunning level of the customer open items.

Cause

A new configuration activity has been introduced since the CE2208 release; this feature was previously unavailable.

Resolution

  1. Go to the configuration activity "Manage Dunning Control for Company Codes" (ID: 105758).
  2. Select the checkbox 'By dun.lev' for the expected company code.
  3. Create new dunning run in "Create Dunning Notices" app.
