3237393 - CCM Exception Workitem - Action buttons are grayed out

Once that users open the 'Exception' list in the CCM workitem and press 'OK', all the remaining action buttons "Assign Remediation Plan", "Close Without Plan", Reassign the Issue" and "Void" are grayed out. While trying to Submit it, the error "Select an action button before submitting" is received.
