Symptom

When processing foreign currency valuation, system throws error message F5543 "Enter account number with a maximum of 10 characters".

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Run Perform Foreign Currency Valuation
  2. Check batch input in app Batch Input Sessions in My Area

Cause

When you see text updated in the account field these are placeholders and are used for the missing account so that the posting can be placed in the batch input session.

Resolution

Complete account determination configuration in SSCUI 100297.
