Symptom

You try to insert a View in Browser Link into Email content, however you cannot find it in the link dropdown list.

Environment

  • SAP Marketing Cloud Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open classic Email Editor or Email Lite Editor. 
  2. Insert link in Text Block.
  3. Cannot find View in Browser Link in the dropdown list

Cause

Own proxy is maintained in SSCUI 180082 Set Up View Email In Browser Link (SAP-Managed) in Manage Your Solution app, however the proxy link does not contain string "http://" nor "https://".

Resolution

Please add "http://" or "https://" into the link maintained in Set Up View Email In Browser Link (SAP-Managed) in Manage Your Solution app.
