3237563 - LIV: App F1683 raises error for "Logistics Consignment and Pipeline Settlement"

Symptom

When using app "F1683 - Schedule Supplier Invoice Jobs - Advanced", and trying to schedule a job with template "Logistics Consignment and Pipeline Settlement", the following error is raised on the screen log:

"An error occurred. Please create an incident on component MM-IV-LIV."

If the backend is checked on transaction SM37 for this, it is possible to see the following error in the job log: "M8502 - Function not yet programmed (please wait)"

Note: This issue only happens on "HANA On Premise" systems.
