Development portlet field name is showing as [object Object] eventhough it is showing correctly in the Development module page

Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to Employee Profile
2. Go to the Development Portlet
3. Development name is showing as [object Object]
Cause
"Enum" type for Development Name is not supported in PP3 portlet. It is supported in the development page but almost all customers are using the "text" or "textarea" so when the development team designed the PP3 portlet, they didn't realize then that there will be development name configured as "enum" type. So they didn't have the code to cover this.
Resolution
An enhancement request can be submitted for PP3 portlet to support "enum" type for field "name"
