How to update candidate's email (username) displayed in onboarding dashboard?

Username in Onboarding is from "primaryEmail" value in Recruiting, which is not editable in UI; only "contactEmail" is editable in Recruiting.

• Create support ticket to component LOD-SF-OBX and request a script to correct the email address in Recruiting.
• (For product support) Check internal memo for script to correct the email address.
• After the script has been successfully executed, please restart the onboarding process for the affected candidate.
