Photo Matching Issue – PDF File Could Not Be Loaded Error while accessing the E-Verify activity

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

1. Access the instance
2. Proxy as Hiring Manager
3. Go to Onboarding Dashboard
4. Search for the candidate
5. Click on View Details
6. Click on Start at the Complete E-Verify: Case status is Photo Match
7. The section for PDF preview is showing the error: “The PDF file could not be loaded”

Cause

Temporary glitch with DHS

Resolution

Please Refresh Data” in E-Verify Case Details
