Symptom
In report "Inspection Analysis", field "Acceptance Rate in %" is either blank or 100%, but you expect that it should calculate like this: Acceptance Rate in % = (Inspected Quantity - Nonconforming Units) / Inspected Quantity.
Environment
SAP Business ByDesign
Reproducing the Issue
- You have a "Final inspection - production" inspection ABC (ABC represents inspection ID), you have maintained inspected quantity and nonconforming units, result is recorded , and you have maintain an accepted option (like "Accepted - minor deviations - QS 80") for Quality Decision.
- In report "Inspection Analysis" (PLMQINU01_Q0002), check inspection ABC, in key figure "Acceptance Rate in %", it is 100%.
Cause
There are two key figures in report Inspection Analysis, they are "Acceptance Rate in %" and "Rejection Rate in %". If an inspection has "Accepted" Quality Decision, then it has 100% in "Acceptance Rate in %"; if an inspection has "Rejected" Quality Decision, then it has 100% in "Rejection Rate in %". Hence, there are only two possibilities. The rates have no relationship with the inspected quantity, destructed quantity or nonconforming units.
For inspection ABC, since its Quality Decision is "Accepted - minor deviations - QS 80", hence it has 100% in "Acceptance Rate in %".
