3238168 - CREATE DATA :The specified service type (HRP1261) is not a valid data type

Symptom

User is unable to perform any remove action in the organization for the subprocess or the control.

Whenever he tries to remove any of these entity and click on save, system throws 500 Internal error with message "CREATE DATA :The specified service type (HRP1261) is not a valid data type and in the backend system throws dump in the below -

Runtime Errors CREATE_DATA_UNKNOWN_TYPE
Except. CX_SY_CREATE_DATA_ERROR
ABAP Program SAPLRHDB
